Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. A 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. This fee is used to compensate your therapist/esthetician for the missed appointment and allows us to continue offering high quality services at affordable prices.
Returns:
Unused, Unopened Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full Refund Skincare Products- For credit or exchange, the product must be returned within 30 days and be at least 90% full. There is a Restocking Fee of 25% of products total.
