• No waiting to check out after your massage. Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged each month.

Features and fine print (full terms and conditions on membership form)

• Membership pricing, benefits, and terms are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance via email of any changes
• Membership is a 12-month agreement. It renews automatically on a month-to-month basis after the first 12 months unless you wish to cancel your membership.
• If you cancel your membership during the first 12 months you will be charged a cancellation fee of $175. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel after one year.
• Payment is made via auto-debit once a month. Sales tax will be added to your membership rate (except for medical massage with a doctor's prescription)
• Membership rates can’t be combined with any other offers or discounts; members are eligible for 'members-only' specials.
• Appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. This time is needed to fill your appointment slot with someone else & if we cannot, then the fee partly compensates the therapist for lost income.
• No credits or refunds will be issued for no shows, last minute cancellations or late appointments.
• If you would like to cancel or modify your membership, please do so in person or via email to Lavamassage.skincare@gmail.com
• You may freeze your account for up to 3 months within any 15 month period.
• You may upgrade your membership to a higher level at any time.
• Any accumulated/rolled over massages/facials will expire after 3 months after cancelling membership.
