Athlete's Package:  Our customized deep tissue sports massage with stretching encourages healing and recovery, improves circulation, and relieves stiff joints. This 90-minute total body massage incorporates Prossage Warming Massage Oil which effectively relaxes soft tissue for deeper reaching massage therapy.  Biofreeze Gel is then used to target inflammation in one area.  $145/90 min.

Head and Toes:  A treat for those who prefer to stay dressed. A massage of the face, scalp, neck, and feet. Includes hot towels and choice of aromatherapy.  $55/30 min.

Relaxation Package: A full hour aromatherapy relaxation massage with an additional 15 minute face and scalp massage. $105/75 min.
