LAVA Appointments and Policies

We look forward to serving you! By using this link, you are putting in an appointment request. Booking online does not guarantee a specific appointment time. A staff member will confirm availability and you should receive a text message once your appointment has been accepted by a staff member. To maximize our therapists' schedules, you may be asked to adjust your appointment time by 15-30 minutes. We appreciate your cooperation!

We occasionally have same day appointments due to cancellations, please call us at 440-660-2676 as we may be able to accomodate you for same day appointment!


If you don't see a particular service listed, give us a call to see if it is available--we are happy to customize treatments for you when possible!


​Are you a NEW client or has it been more than a year since your last appointment? We would appreciate it if you arrived 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a brief health history.


Please Note: If you are under age 18, you must bring a parent/guardian to your first appointment to sign a minor consent form. For ages 13 and under, we request for the parent to stay in the treatment room during the entire session.


We will not be able to perform any prenatal massages for high-risk pregnancy.


CANCELLATION POLICY 
We kindly request cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, a 50% fee will be charged to the credit card on file.


Notice of cancellation must be in the form of a phone call or voicemail to the spa. No other forms of cancellation notice is acceptable. 


Cancellation fee is used to compensate your therapist/esthetician for the missed appointment and allows us to continue offering high quality services at affordable prices.


Late arrival for your scheduled appointment time may be shorten your session. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
