Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. In the event of a no-show or appointment change less than 24 hours in advance, your credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the service price to compensate your therapist/esthetician for their time. We are a small business and strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services at affordable prices. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Providing us with 24 hours notice allows us to fill that time slot with another appointment so that we can continue to offer all of our clients flexible scheduling options and low prices. Thank you for your cooperation. We really appreciate it!
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session may be cut short. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Third Party Gift Cards and Certificates
We do not accept Spa Finder or any other third-party gift certificates. 

Scheduling
Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling  during normal business hours. To reserve your appointment, please have a valid credit or debit card ready at time of booking. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your session may be cut short.

expire 2 years from date of purchase. 
-Promotional gift cards sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other specials, coupons, discounts, or packages, and cannot be used to purchase retail products.


Spa Etiquette
1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. First time clients should arrive 10-15 minutes early. (You will be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire and then consult with your therapist about your specific needs before your session begins.)
2. As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off your cell phone or switch to silent. Please refrain from holding phone conversations in treatment rooms and waiting areas.
3. Please leave all valuable items at home. Lava is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
4. Be considerate of other guests by keeping conversation to a minimum, especially in treatment rooms. Talk as quietly as possible to avoid disturbing guests in adjacent rooms.  We use white noise machines in each room and relaxing music to help cover up any background noise, but we cannot guarantee that every session will be completely silent.
5. Undress for body treatments down to your comfort level. For a full-body massage including head, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, feet, hips, and back, we recommend that all clothing be removed if you are comfortable doing so. Your therapist will use proper draping to keep you covered at all times except for the area being worked on. Underwear can be worn, but men are encouraged to wear briefs so that the entire leg can be worked on. For optimal back and shoulder massage, bras should not be worn during treatment. These are only recommendations, however, and your comfort is our top priority. Accommodations can always be made.
6. Relax and let the therapist or esthetician know of any special needs or concerns during your treatment. Inform your therapist if you'd like the pressure adjusted at any time or if you experience any pain during the session. Tables are heated for your comfort and the temperature can be adjusted.
7. Provide feedback about your experience to the therapist, esthetician, receptionist, or owner. We pride ourselves on providing the best experience possible.
8. Gratuity is greatly appreciated and can be given directly to your service provider or to the receptionist. We can add gratuity to your credit card transaction, but cash is preferred. Gratuity is not included in service pricing. If this is your first time, please feel free to ask our friendly reception staff for help in determining an appropriate tip amount. A general rule of thumb for great service is about 20% of the service cost, but any amount is welcome and appreciated.

Returns:
Unused, Unopened Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full Refund Skincare Products- For credit or exchange, the product must be returned within 30 days and be at least 90% full. There is a Restocking Fee of 25% of products total.
